TITLE: Technical Developer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related degree and 36 months of related experience in Technical Developer, Salesforce Developer, or related occupation with minimum one year of experience in Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Data Structures, and Data Integrity.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Certifications as Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or certification in both Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
JOB DUTIES: Designing and architecting Salesforce solutions. Analyzing business and system requirements, proposing technical designs, and ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices. Applying knowledge of Salesforce features and technologies to solve complex business problems and making informed technical decisions. Creating custom development, writing and reviewing Apex code, triggers, Lightning components, and other custom solutions while ensuring compliance with coding standards. Overseeing the integration of Salesforce with other systems, including selecting the right integration methods, ensuring data consistency, and troubleshooting any integration challenges that arise. Managing data in Salesforce, from data modeling and data migrations to data quality assurance. Establishing and maintaining robust security measures within Salesforce. This involves configuring roles, profiles, and permission sets to protect sensitive information and ensure users have appropriate access, all while adhering to Salesforce security best practices. Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications by monitoring system performance and taking proactive steps to optimize performance. Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders by communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project. Preparing technical design documents, user guides, and change logs. This documentation streamlines knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Facilitating training sessions for the team to keep their skills up-to-date and encourage professional growth.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Limited travel to various domestic client’s sites anticipated at up to 25% of the time spent on the job.
