REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is required.

JOB DUTIES: Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations. Analyze transportation, warehousing, and freight-service expenses to ensure accurate cost allocation and compliance with internal accounting policies. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including cash flow summaries and profit-and-loss statements, for management review. Assist with budgeting and forecasting, tracking operational spending related to customs clearance, trucking, and logistics services. Ensure compliance with federal and state accounting regulations, supporting annual tax preparation and coordination with external accountants.

SALARY: $64,917 per year.

TITLE: International Tax Accounting Specialist

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Accounting and 1 year of experience with international accounting.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of IFRS, NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system and VAT deducibility analysis.

JOB DUTIES: Oversee global indirect tax compliance (VAT); manage transfer pricing policies, international tax audits; prepare, coordinate tax filings, disclosures. Monitor, analyze changes in international tax laws, regulations; assist in developing, implementing international tax compliance protocols. Review intercompany transaction entries to maintain integrity of intercompany balances. Act as a liaison for tax support during international audits. Resolve accounting, internal control issues with foreign accountants. Review audited foreign financial statements. Work with foreign auditors on international compliance projects. Assist in ERP system implementation. Establish, maintain internal control systems for compliance with applicable foreign
and US tax laws.

SALARY: $97,406 per year.
