TITLE: Associate Attorney

REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor Degree is required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Delaware Bar license.

JOB DUTIES: Conducting legal research and analysis; drafting and revising bankruptcy pleadings and court filings such as petitions, schedules, motions, objections, and proposed orders; assisting with the administration of bankruptcy cases; supporting claim review and claim objection matters; assisting with adversary proceedings and discovery; advising co-counsel on Delaware Bankruptcy Court practice, including interpretation of local rules, motion practice, and recent case law developments.
