TITLE: Marketing Specialist

JOB DUTIES: Conduct user-centered market research and media behavior analysis (25%). Analyze user interaction patterns, content engagement, and digital behavior across web and mobile platforms serving beauty, nail, and massage businesses, applying user research methodologies grounded in emerging media and UX studies to identify market needs and usage trends. Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research methodologies (20%). Develop and administer surveys, usability studies, user feedback analysis, and A/B testing initiatives to evaluate customer response to digital content, interface design, and online booking experiences, translating media research findings into actionable insights. Analyze digital marketing and media performance metrics (20%). Examine SEO data, paid advertising results, website traffic, and conversion analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital media strategies and marketing campaigns, with emphasis on how media formats and content presentation influence user engagement and decision-making. Prepare analytical reports, visual summaries, and insight presentations (15%). Synthesize research outcomes into structured reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that communicate media trends, user experience findings, and market insights to internal stakeholders, supporting strategic marketing and product planning decisions. Strong understanding of the Google Maps ecosystem, with hands-on experience managing Google Business Profiles (GBP), including account management, suspension appeals, access and ownership requests, and performance data analysis to drive local search visibility and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on media-driven strategy development (10%). Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to integrate research insights into content positioning, digital media strategy, and user experience optimization for industry-specific clients. In-depth knowledge of the U.S. beauty and wellness industry, with practical experience working with massage spas and beauty salons, and proven ability to communicate, collaborate, and build relationships with merchants within the industry. Monitor digital media trends and competitive digital practices (10%). Track developments in digital media platforms, social media usage, and online consumer behavior within local service industries to assess competitive positioning and inform future market
research initiatives.
