TITLE: ESL Teacher

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in TESOL, Education, ESL or related is required.

JOB DUTIES: Develop and deliver English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) instruction to students to improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills (35%). Assess students’ English proficiency levels and adjust lesson plans and instructional approaches based on individual learning needs (20%). Develop curriculum materials, instructional modules, and lesson plans aligned with program objectives and English-language learning frameworks (15%). Monitor and evaluate student progress and maintain accurate academic and attendance records (15%). Provide individualized academic support, language-learning guidance, and feedback to help students meet targeted proficiency benchmarks (15%).

SALARY: $80,912 per year.
