TITLE: Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management or a related field; 24 months of experience as Project Coordinator or related occupation.

JOB DUTIES: Own and manage end-to-end marketing projects, including new restaurant openings, seasonal promotions, holiday campaigns, and brand partnerships, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep marketing initiatives on track. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, operations, design, social media, and external agencies to ensure consistent execution across all restaurant locations. Coordinate marketing execution across digital and local channels, including social media (Redbook, TikTok), search and review platforms (Google, Yelp), and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash). Act as a communication bridge between U.S.-based teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, vendors, or restaurant operators; conduct day-to-day communication. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as customer traffic, sales performance, and promotion ROI; prepare post-campaign reports and insights for continuous improvement. Identify execution risks and operational challenges early, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruption at the store level.

SALARY: $79,248 per year.

TITLE: Assistant Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or closely related major.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in using Jira, Asana or other project management tools.

JOB DUTIES: Facilitate internal communication and task coordination between the Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Marketing, and Warehousing teams. Assist the Project Manager in organizing and participating in regular company meetings, recording action items, and ensuring follow-up across departments. Monitor the complete lifecycle of customer orders, from order receipt to final shipment tracking, and intervene in case of delays or discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction. Prepare project status updates and internal documentation for reporting to senior operations staff. Implement workflow improvements and align cross-functional processes under the guidance of the Project Manager. Ensure that all operational procedures comply with company policies and service standards. Communicate with vendors and logistics partners as needed to confirm inventory status and shipment schedules. Support the onboarding of new tools and systems to streamline communication and task management within the operations team.
