TITLE: Catering Management Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct catering industry research and collect the most updated information, data, and statistics from competitors, associations and reliable sources. Apply innovative and analytical approaches to quantify risk scenarios and analyze impacts on company’s risk-based capital and solvency position. Compile clear, accurate and timely reports and metrics for the management and document policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls. Work closely with the management and offer solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control. Participate in business meetings and negotiations and provide consultations as to the feasibility to the establishment of partnership, merger and acquisitions, financing from venture capital entities.
SALARY: $68,515 per year.
