TITLE: Business Analyst

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Business, finance or related.

JOB DUTIES: Conduct industry research and collect the most updated information, data, and statistics from competitors, associations and reliable sources. Apply innovative and analytical approaches to quantify risk scenarios and analyze impacts on the company’s risk-based capital and solvency position. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. Work closely with the management and offer solutions to problems relating to the improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization, or control. Participate in business meetings and negotiations and provide consultations as to the feasibility to the establishment of partnership, merger & acquisitions, and financing from venture capital entities. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

SALARY: $96,491 per year.

JOB DUTIES: Analyze DUKE 65’s internal business operations and client service workflows by applying quantitative and qualitative methods to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and opportunities for
process optimization across digital marketing and content delivery functions. (25%)
Collect, organize, and interpret operational, financial, and campaign performance data from multiple sources, including client accounts, digital platforms, and internal reporting tools, to support management decision-making and strategic planning. (20%)
Conduct business and market research on client industries, competitors, and emerging digital marketing trends, synthesizing analytical findings into structured reports and recommendations for management and client-facing teams. (20%)
Design and maintain analytical reports, performance dashboards, and evaluation frameworks to monitor project outcomes, resource utilization, and return on investment for marketing and growth initiatives. (20%)
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to assess proposed business initiatives, evaluate operational feasibility, and support the implementation of data-driven business improvement strategies. (15%)
