TITLE: Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management or a related field; 24 months of experience as Project Coordinator or related occupation.
JOB DUTIES: Own and manage end-to-end marketing projects, including new restaurant openings, seasonal promotions, holiday campaigns, and brand partnerships, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal stakeholders to keep marketing initiatives on track. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, operations, design, social media, and external agencies to ensure consistent execution across all restaurant locations. Coordinate marketing execution across digital and local channels, including social media (Redbook, TikTok), search and review platforms (Google, Yelp), and third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash). Act as a communication bridge between U.S.-based teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, vendors, or restaurant operators; conduct day-to-day communication. Monitor campaign performance using key metrics such as customer traffic, sales performance, and promotion ROI; prepare post-campaign reports and insights for continuous improvement. Identify execution risks and operational challenges early, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruption at the store level.
SALARY: $79,248 per year.
