TITLE: Management Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Economic, management or closely related.
JOB DUTIES: Collect and analyze data to study work procedures and work problems, including internal communications, information flow, coordination of cross-functional teams, interview managers, and identify and manage priorities in internal operations. Gathering critical information and data from both the ERP system and key personnel and stakeholders. Study and evaluate the trends and behaviors of Large and Key accounts to identify potential improvements to advance sales efforts with major customers. Design surveys, monitor the implementation and results of surveys, and lead ongoing reviews of the performance of the sales team and the process of sales efforts in order to optimize the sales strategies and improve the company’s market place and market value. Consolidate, analyze, and keep tracking data, information, and reports provided by professionals from the accounting department, sales department, marketing department, and warehouse department, and based on the consolidated analysis, make recommendations to the company’s senior managerial and executive team regarding the company’s market value and short-term and long-term business development and financial goals. Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Python and SQL to extract actionable insights, automate reporting processes, optimize data queries, and improve data accuracy and operational efficiency across departments. Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and operational metrics, and build predictive models to forecast sales trends, support demand planning, and assist management in data-driven strategic decision-making.
