TITLE: Director of Automotive Repair Shop
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or similar field and 2 years of experience in supervising position or project manager.
JOB DUTIES: Oversee daily facility operations, technician workflow, and process improvements. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate shop personnel and certification programs. Handle escalated customer concerns and develop client retention strategies. Manage budgets, payroll, and monitor KPIs including margins and efficiency. Ensure OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory compliance and safety standards
SALARY: $112,300 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to Waipahu area, HI, 5 times a week.
