TITLE: Project Management Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Project Management is required.
JOB DUTIES: Gather cross-department requirements and translate priority initiatives into aligned project plans. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, clarify roles, and run recurring alignment meetings. Define system and process needs (CRM, inventory, loan tools) and ensure data/service integration across teams. Manage execution with PM methodologies and tools, maintaining timelines, documentation, and status reporting. Control scope, risk, budget, and vendors through issue tracking, mitigation planning, cost monitoring, and contract negotiation.
