TITLE: Construction Engineer
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: State Professional Engineer license, certification from Certified Welding Inspector, American Welding Society and Council of American Building Officials from International Code Council.
JOB DUTIES: Perform engineering duties in overseeing construction projects; Monitor and supervise field engineers to ensure ACI/ICC Codes procedures are followed Perform independently and coordinate with other professional engineers; Coordinate with project team and field engineers; evaluate and verify conformity with project specification; Correct, endorse and approve questionable work; Review proposal and prepare cost estimates.
