TITLE: Property Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in any field and 2 years of experience in property management.
JOB DUTIES: Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties; coordinate maintenance, landscaping, cleaning, and repair vendors; serve as the primary contact for tenants and prospective tenants; administer leasing activities including marketing, property showings, applicant screening, lease preparation, and move-in and move-out coordination; handle rent collection, deposits, and tenant billing; support eviction and lease enforcement processes; implement marketing strategies to maintain occupancy; supervise administrative support staff.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel within Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida.
