TITLE: Content Manager/ Creator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technologies or foreign equivalent and must have 2 years of experience as a Web3 gaming and Project Manager.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in project management skills and collaboration platforms/ Blockchain Platforms, including Monday.com, Discord, and Slack. Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems and networks such as BNB Chain, Ethereum, Polygon, and Arbitrum. Experience utilizing cryptocurrency tools and applications including MetaMask, Ledger, UniSwap, CoinGecko, and Crypto.com for blockchain-based transactions, asset management, and decentralized finance (DeFi) activities.
JOB DUTIES: Lead and manage STRUT esports’ strategic initiative in the Web3/DeFi gaming space, focusing on the Heroes of Mavia P2E project. Oversee the esports organization’s involvement in the NFT/P2E sector, managing a team of over 60 international esports players to expand STRUT’s gaming presence. Create and manage content to drive community engagement, including online events, social media campaigns, Discord moderation, and live stream content creation. Manage the content creation code to ensure STRUT’s activities remain aligned with its gaming goals in the Web3 space. Serve as a moderator on the Heroes of Mavia Discord Server, building relationships with community members, game developers, players, and blockchain enthusiasts. Recruit talent across all gaming areas, from esports players to graphic designers and video editors. Utilize project management tools (Monday.com, Discord, Slack) and maintain proficiency in blockchain platforms (BNB, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum) and cryptocurrency applications (Metamask, Ledger, UniSwap, CoinGecko, Crypto.com).
