TITLE: Construction Project Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in in Management or related field and 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, interior finishing, or related field.
JOB DUTIES: Plan and coordinate daily construction site activities, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications at each stage. Assign and manage tasks for workers and subcontractors, monitoring timely completion of work according to the project schedule. Inspect and control work quality at each project phase, identifying and resolving deficiencies to maintain consistent standards. Coordinate delivery and availability of construction materials and resources to support uninterrupted project progress. Train and support workers on company standards, construction techniques, and safety procedures.
SALARY: $87,400 per year.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Travel to Orange County, CA, 5 times a week.
