TITLE: Senior Staff Software Engineer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or foreign equivalency and 5 years of experience in the job or 5 years of experience as an Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Specialist, or related occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Any suitable combination of education, training, &/or experience is acceptable.
JOB DUTIES: Leverage understanding of metrics, testing methodology and business strategy to help define the roadmap of the company. Promote and use advanced modeling techniques (e.g. reinforcement learning, time series forecasting, causal methods) to provide precise measurement of our player base and build data products powering our advertising platform. Present and visualize results in a clear and concise way to senior management for decision making. Lead data-driven decision making by partnering with key cross-functional teams and leadership. Proactively identify and lead improvements to the execution of research and analytics within the Data Science team.
Salary range: $241,800/year to $321,060/year
