TITLE: Senior Analyst, Analytics Insights
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Accounting, or related field.
JOB DUTIES: Produce user intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Deliver presentations with insights and recommendations to improve gameplay design and commercial decisions. Work with designers, engineers, business stakeholders, and analytics peers to derive insights. Proactively identify and implement gameplay analytics in support of the development goals of designers and engineers. Partner with studio engineers and business analysts to implement game health telemetry and tracking. Collaborate with the live services teams to optimize game feature balance, game economies, and to identify and close out exploits.
Salary range: $145,000/year to $185,730/year
