TITLE: Interior Designer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
JOB DUTIES: Collaborate with clients, sales staff, and project managers to create kitchen and bathroom layout designs that are both functional and aesthetically aligned with client needs; Use 2020 Design, AutoCAD, and SketchUp software to develop space plans, cabinetry configurations, and finish selections based on site dimensions and customer preferences; Prepare floor plans, 3D renderings, elevations, and material boards for presentation and client approval; Recommend cabinetry styles, hardware, countertops, finishes, and lighting solutions to enhance kitchen and bath interiors; Apply basic knowledge of applicable interior design standards and residential remodeling practices; Coordinate with installers and vendors to ensure design specifications are met during the build and install phase; Create project scope documentation, client quotes, and design packages using Microsoft Office Suite; Assist showroom visitors with design consultations, helping them visualize layout options and select cabinetry products.
SALARY: $54,517 per year.
