TITLE: Welding Technician
REQUIREMENTS: No education required. No training required. Must have 120 months of experience in welding or a similar occupation, including at least 5 years of experience welding vintage and/or luxury automobiles. Spanish language required.
JOB DUTIES: Welding processes, materials, standards, and equipment to bond metals together to form components parts. Operate appropriate equipment to put together mechanical structures and/or parts with a great deal of precision. Test project durability and safety. Extensive Experience working with vintage and/or luxury automobiles is required. Employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no cost. Employer will make only deductions required by law. Transportation and subsistence to and from the place of employment will be provided or reimbursed as required by law. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related government-mandated fees, excluding passport fees. Employer guarantees employment for at least three-fourths of the workdays in each applicable 12-week period, or 6-week period if applicable.
SALARY: $21.50 per hour; overtime, if available, at $32.25 per hour.
