TITLE: Health Outcomes Scientist
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or related fields required. No experience required.
JOB DUTIES: Design and conduct oncology and radiation therapy health outcomes and epidemiological studies (survival, toxicity, and quality of life). Collect and analyze clinical and radiation therapy data using R and SAS. Apply advanced biostatistics, (regression, survival analysis, propensity matching) to evaluate outcomes. Collaborate with medical doctors and physicists on clinical decision-making. Prepare reports and manuscripts. Evaluate population data for disparities in treatment and survivorship. Support evidence-based protocols.
SALARY: $77,100 per year.
