TITLE: IT Project Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology and 5 years of experience in Information Technology Project Manager.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual English and Portuguese with working level of Spanish required. Data Protection Office certification; Project Management Professional certification; ITIL certification. Knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD); Knowledge of the Brazilian government sector; Knowledge of Microsoft Security Solutions.
JOB DUTIES: Provide leadership and transparency throughout the project lifecycle, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality of project delivery. Anticipates critical issues and takes responsibility for driving resolution; Lead and guide the work of technical staff located in Brazil and the USA, using Project Management IT and Cybersecurity knowledge to help drive the growth and quality of our cyber consulting projects and SOC Service; Serve as liaison between customer needs and Subject Matter Specialists or SOC Technical Team, understanding when different resources must be brought in and what actions must be taken that will result in a positive customer outcome; High ability to use technical intuition and expertise to help guide projects and resources toward a successful outcome; Work with technical teams to continuously improve the deployment process; Ability to hold high levels of accountability to global teams.
SCHEDULE: Working hours extend all Latin America Time zones.
SALARY: $150,550 per year.
