TITLE: Investment Advisor and Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Master of Business Administration. No experience needed.
JOB DUTIES: Investment Analysis and Strategy – 30% Conduct portfolio analyses and develop customized asset allocation strategies. Create financial models and evaluate investment opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America. Prepare equity memoranda for investment committee review. Monitor market trends and client financial goals to drive investment decisions.
Transaction Management and Due Diligence – 20%
Lead the structuring and closing of commercial acquisitions. Analyze borrower documentation and third-party reports (e.g., appraisals, title, environmental). Evaluate creditworthiness and capital requirements of clients. Perform cash flow and feasibility assessments.
Technology, Automation & Digital Transformation – 20%
*Implement portfolio management systems and automate internal workflows. Leverage programming tools (SQL, Python, Excel) to improve operational and client reporting. Support firm-wide digital initiatives and CRM optimization. Develop operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Compliance and Market Monitoring – 10%
Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and internal regulatory standards. Monitor economic, regulatory, and market developments. Participate in strategic risk management assessments.
Client Advisory & Relationship Management – 10%
Deliver tailored investment advice to high-net-worth clients. Advise clients on refinancing, tax strategy, and international wealth structuring. Improve service delivery through data-driven solutions.
Business Development and Executive Support – 10%
Report directly to Felix Segura and support regional business development, including initiatives in Guatemala and Central America. Assist in strategic growth initiatives and annual portfolio reviews.
SALARY: $134,576 per year.
