TITLE: Business Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, finance, or related.
JOB DUTIES: Conduct industry research and collect the most updated information, data, and statistics from competitors, associations and reliable sources. Apply innovative and analytical approaches to quantify risk scenarios and analyze impacts on the company’s risk-based capital and solvency position. Compile clear, accurate, timely reports and metrics for the management and document policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls. Work closely with the management and offer solutions to problems relating to the improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization, or control. Participate in business meetings and negotiations and provide consultations as to the feasibility to the establishment of partnership, merger & acquisitions, and financing from venture capital entities.
SALARY: $66,934 per year.
