TITLE: Patient Care Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Health administration or other relevant fields.

JOB DUTIES: Lead the design and implementation of new healthcare programs. Adapt and adopt currently existing programs for current and new participants. (10% of work time) Develop and administer guidelines for working with employees, employers, policyholders, healthcare providers, participants, and families to determine appropriate, cost-effective care plans. Identifies opportunities to implement best practice approaches and introduce innovations to better improve outcomes. (25% of work time) Direct any changes that must conform to changes in healthcare laws, technology, and regulations. Ensure that the facility is up to date on and compliant with laws and regulations. (5% of work time) Prepare and present clear and concise reports and correspondence; and learn to input, access, and analyze data using a computer. Ability to evaluate and interpret data, identify areas of improvement, and focuses on interventions to improve outcomes. Documents all team, physician and patient/family communication and concerns pertaining to coordination of care and services. (25% of work time) Ascertain specific training needs in the division/region and implement a plan to address these needs, which may include providing continuing education and in-services/materials to participants and families to improve knowledge base and meet regulatory and safety requirements, on an as needed basis. (20% of work time) Conduct and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting. (15% of work time)

SALARY: $112,070 per year.

TITLE: Practice Manager

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 36 months of experience as a Dental Assistant.

JOB DUTIES: Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of patient care. Direct supervision and leadership of all administrative and clinical support staff, including dental assistants and front office personnel (50%); develop, implement, and manage clinical protocols for patient assessments and treatments to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to professional standards (10%); establish and maintain administrative procedures related to scheduling, billing, insurance processing, and patient communication in order to optimize workflow and support effective revenue cycle management (10%); ensure strict compliance with all applicable state and federal infection control regulations and promotes a culture of safety and accountability (10%); serve as the primary liaison to the Director of Operations, report any significant issues related to employee performance, patient care concerns, or the overall environment of the practice (20%).

SALARY: $143,250 per year.
