TITLE: Human Resource Manager

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Human resource management or related field.

JOB DUTIES: Plan, direct, and coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, performance management, policy implementation, compliance with labor laws, personnel records, training programs, workplace safety procedures, disciplinary matters, and management support to ensure effective staffing, retention, and organizational operations.

SALARY: $110,989 per year.
