TITLE: Operations Manager (Growth & Systems)

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or closely related field and 5 years of experience as Operations Manager or related occupation.

JOB DUTIES: Analyze and optimize service delivery workflows; develop and implement standardized processes and operating procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across customer intake, estimating, scheduling, job preparation, project closeout, and invoicing. Plan and coordinate scheduling and capacity utilization based on workforce availability, project requirements, and operational constraints. Oversee the use and configuration of operational systems, including CRM and ERP platforms, to ensure accurate data management, workflow consistency, and process compliance. Monitor operational performance using reports and metrics; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Establish and maintain customer service processes, including communication standards and follow-up procedures, to support client satisfaction and repeat business. Implement controls to ensure alignment between project scope, execution, and cost management, including oversight of change orders and internal coordination. Coordinate and provide direction to operational support staff; conduct training and lead regular operations meetings to ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards.

SALARY: $166,150 per year.
