TITLE: Senior Pastor

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Theology, Divinity, Biblical Studies, or related field and 5 years of experience as Pastor.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written). Must be an ordained Pentecostal minister in good standing with a recognized Pentecostal denomination.

JOB DUTIES: Conduct and lead religious worship services, including preparing and delivering sermons based on biblical teachings; provide pastoral care, spiritual counseling, and guidance to congregation members; officiate religious ceremonies, including weddings, funerals, and baptisms; develop, oversee, and lead church ministries and programs; conduct and lead seminars for church cell leaders; lead church staff and volunteers; oversee administrative and organizational functions of the church; collaborate with church leadership to establish vision and direction; represent the church in community outreach and engagement.
