TITLE: Business Operations Specialist

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or related field.

JOB DUTIES: Analyze, coordinate, and improve the employer’s day-to-day business operations. Conduct financial and operational analyses to evaluate costs, pricing, inventory usage, vendor performance, and revenue patterns; develop data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste; monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements applicable to bar operations, including alcohol handling protocols, licensing conditions, and health-and-safety standards; prepare operational reports summarizing key performance indicators, cost projections, and workflow trends; review vendor agreements and procurement practices to ensure operational consistency and cost-effectiveness; coordinate with management to implement improved operating procedures, inventory controls, and supply-chain processes; evaluate staffing patterns and scheduling models to optimize labor utilization and service efficiency; analyze customer demand trends to assist in menu planning, purchase decisions, and inventory forecasting; support management in developing long-term operational strategies and business plans; assist with the creation of internal procedures and documentation to ensure continuity, efficiency, and compliance across the business. All duties are non-legal in nature and focus on business operations, compliance monitoring, and analytical support.

SALARY: $107,432 per year.
