TITLE: Architectural Design Specialist

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

JOB DUTIES: Prepare architectural drawings, such as plans and elevations, for custom kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to ensure accurate fit with building conditions before fabrication and installation. Evaluate space, structure, and building systems such as walls, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation to design cabinetry, countertop, and bathroom layouts that can be properly constructed and installed. Review architectural plans and site information from homeowners or contractors and adjust cabinetry and interior component designs to match existing conditions and project requirements. Develop technical specifications for cabinetry, countertops, and related materials to support fabrication accuracy, quality control, and longterm performance. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and installers by updating drawings and documentation to ensure kitchen and bathroom systems are produced and installed according to approved designs.

SALARY: $77,834 per year.
