TITLE: Corporate Controller & VP Accounting

REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Must have 60 months of experience in Accounting, Audit, or Controllership roles or in a related role.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have public accounting or external audit experience. Designing or implementing internal controls. Financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Managing or supervising accounting staff or functions. Proficiency in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS, including experience with multi-entity consolidation. Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, and advanced Excel. Experience overseeing ERP implementations or accounting system transitions.

JOB DUTIES: Serve as the senior accounting and operational controls leader for Triumph Labs, a high-growth technology company in the digital collectibles space. This role combines traditional controllership responsibilities with an expanded operational mandate encompassing cross-functional process design, internal controls implementation, and pre-IPO readiness initiatives. Report to the CEO and work in close partnership with the VP of Finance. 35% – Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and revenue recognition in accordance with U.S. GAAP. Supervise the maintenance of IFRS-based general ledgers for international entities and oversee multi-GAAP consolidation. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, reviewing work prepared by accounting staff. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records through review and approval procedures. 20% – Design, implement, and monitor internal controls across all business functions, not limited to accounting. Identify control gaps through process assessments, develop remediation plans, and establish policies and procedures that support audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Lead the company toward a control environment consistent with public-company standards. 15% – Lead cross-functional process design and documentation initiatives. Work with department heads across operations, engineering, and product to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement standardized workflows. Analyze large financial and operational datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize processes. Establish approval matrices, segregation of duties, and exception-handling procedures enterprise-wide. 10% – Oversee procurement, inventory controls, and vendor management for the collectibles business. Design and enforce purchase approval workflows, vendor onboarding procedures, and reconciliation processes between purchasing records and inventory systems. Ensure 1099 compliance and proper documentation for all vendor relationships. 10% – Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners. Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Support tax compliance and planning activities. Manage banking relationships, including treasury operations and disbursement controls. 5% – Drive pre-IPO readiness initiatives, including building the infrastructure, documentation, and control environment expected by auditors, underwriters, investors, and regulators. Oversee accounting system implementations and transitions (e.g., ERP migrations, AP automation systems), managing vendor selection, configuration, data migration, and user adoption. 5% – Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, collaboration with VP of Finance on budgeting and forecasting, and preparation of materials for board presentations and investor reporting. Conduct market research to support diversification of operations.

SALARY: $299,000 per year – $340,000 per year.

Create and manage content to drive community engagement, including online events, social media campaigns, Discord moderation, and live stream content creation. Manage the content creation code to ensure STRUT’s activities remain aligned with its gaming goals in the Web3 space. Serve as a moderator on the Heroes of Mavia Discord Server, building relationships with community members, game developers, players, and blockchain enthusiasts. Recruit talent across all gaming areas, from esports players to graphic designers and video editors. Utilize project management tools (Monday.com, Discord, Slack) and maintain proficiency in blockchain platforms (BNB, Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum) and cryptocurrency applications (Metamask, Ledger, UniSwap, CoinGecko, Crypto.com).
