JOB DUTIES: Study historical sales data and competitor pricing and offerings; identify emerging business risks for new products; analyze and segment customers by size and risk; evaluate retention and ensure customer relationship management data accuracy; track campaign return on investment and conduct A and B testing for lead generation; report on web traffic and budget allocation; research and develop educational insurance guides; optimize distribution channels.
SALARY: $73,000 per year.
