TITLE: Law Clerk

REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor or Master of Laws Degree required.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have U.S. Work Permit. Legal research and writing skills required.

JOB DUTIES: Work under licensed attorneys. Conduct legal research on U.S. immigration law and foreign laws related to EB-5, L-1A, EB-1C, and E-2 visa matters, international business transactions, global trusts, and asset protection. Assist in interpreting foreign legal systems and preparing supporting documentation.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.

SALARY: $37 – $40 per hour.
