REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, or a closely related field. 5 years of experience in the job offered, as a People Systems Manager, HR Technology Product Owner or a closely related position. Must have 5 years of experience with HR Technology Product Management.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have demonstrated experience with AI-powered Screening Tools, Organizational Psychology in System Design, and SPSS and Survey Data Analysis.

JOB DUTIES: Develop and manage internal HR tools for structured hiring, onboarding, attendance, and performance evaluation. Implement AI-powered features to streamline candidate screening, communication, and automate workflows. Design and deploy employee engagement and client satisfaction surveys. Incorporate organizational psychology models into system design and decision-making. Monitor employee engagement and development using defined performance metrics and organizational KPIs. Design and implement programs to recognize and motivate high-performing employees, applying behavioral science principles.

JOB DUTIES: Meets revenue goals according to budget; Control costs: labor, direct operating expenses; Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance; Direct operating expenses budget oversight; Measures and manages productivity. Manages all operational employees including production, operators, fleet and facilities; staffing, onboarding support (handbook review), employee retention, safety and training, quality control; Establish, maintain and manage safety and training programs; Employee retention (ex. evaluations: 90 day/anniversary, employee understanding of policies/procedures, taking care of our people); Uphold company culture and standards; Maintain counseling procedure integrity: negative and positive; Ensure systems, processes and policies are being followed; Fill gaps in management. Ensure compliance for all state and regulatory requirements per DOT, OSHA and Insurance; PM and repairs to keep fleet at an operational capacity; DOT inspections; Employee driving status; CDL med physicals; Re-certification; Cleanliness and organization; Shop upkeep; Grounds and landscaping; Trash/litter/debris management… “clean work space” and “everything has a home”; Log yard management and organization; Parking for employees and guests to the business; Purchasing trucks, tools, supplies and equipment. Plans and organizes daily workflow organization, communication; Rain day plans and priorities of work for staff that IS working; Maintain compliance with personnel, facilities, fleet; Coordinates with other support departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Take on highly complex and strategic projects in partnership with Leadership. Manage, guide and ultimately own recommendations related to project work. Ad-hoc analysis and decision support and leadership across projects. Principal Working Relationships: Leadership Team, CTO, Studio heads, company ELT, Finance, and Human Resources.
