Regularly meet with operating management to understand business challenges, needs and issues and identify pragmatic solutions that meet expectations. Provide leadership & solution to the business in delivering results from enhancing and optimizing finance business applications. Ensure effective work split in the Finance Applications team. Monitor workload and work priorities. Give support and guidance to others in the team as needed. Ensure that Finance is operating efficiently. Evaluate systems and tools used in Finance to ensure they are used effectively and efficiently. Drive process improvements and standardization to reduce/eliminate inefficiencies.
