TITLE: Senior Accountant

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and 2 years of experience in accounting, economics, or finance positions.

JOB DUTIES: Prepare financial statements. Regularly monitor PEX. Research, design, and improve the company’s financial transparency and project-based accounting; help upgrade finance system to be more consistent and efficient. Coordinate and communicate with management, other departments, and China-based finance team to maintain accurate financial and tax reporting activities. Supervise bookkeeping of accounting records for each short video production.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

SALARY: $81,182 per year.

TITLE: Producer

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in film, communications, or a closely related field and 6 months of experience in film, communications, or a closely related position.

JOB DUTIES: Support the creative team in developing compelling visual concepts that maximize audience engagement within company guidelines; Create and manage production budgets; Assist the casting department with talent selection for series roles. Scout and secure locations for filming that align with the creative vision and budget. Hire and manage production staff teams, including camera operators, sound technicians, and production assistants. Provide creative direction and feedback to the production team. Work closely with editors and the post-production team to oversee editing, sound design, VFX design, and color correction processes. Monitor audience feedback and analytics to iteratively improve content and optimize performance.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

SALARY: $66,394 per year.
