TITLE: BillingPlatform System Administrator
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (such as Electrical or Electronics engineering) and 3 years of experience as Revenue Management / Billing System experience required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: BillingPlatform Certifications. Cloud Billing Systems and Platforms.
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, API Expertise, Revenue Recognitions Processing, BP Certifications, SalesForce Integration , NetSuite Integration, Product Catalog development and management, Billing Management. Other Duties: BillingPlatform configuration and development changes required to make billingplatform support the business requires of the licensed customer; Data management to improve BillingPlatform data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed; External Application development using BillingPlatform APIís; External Integration to BillingPlatform; DevOps/release management experience; Regression testing and code deployment management; Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus; Business Analyst activities during Project startup phase on exceptional user experience; Identify unused or underutilized platform features; Monitoring System performance and recommend improvements; Proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks; Business as Usual ( BAU ) daily operation management of BillingPlatform System for Licensed customer Optimisation etc; Configuration, Customization and Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers [Salesforce, NetSuite etc.]; Responsible for Netsuite, Salesforce, PatmentGateway and Taxing integrations; User support tickets and monitor and improve user adoption. On going technical product support; Technical documentation High Level Design (HLD) and Solution Design (SD) documentation.
