TITLE: Senior Game Designer
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in the job or 2 years of experience as a Designer, Game Designer, or in a related occupation.
JOB DUTIES: Design core features of video games with a focus on a franchise game. Communicate and collaborate with other teams to take existing or all-new gameplay experiences and systems to a new player experience. Document and plan the execution of designs that recreate, and improve upon, previous game experiences. Design and implement features and content. Identify opportunities to improve implementation, process, and collaboration. Solicit and embrace feedback and direction from others.
Salary range: $140,000/year to $161,500/year
