TITLE: Operations and Project Support Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Production Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
JOB DUTIES: Coordinate internal workflows and scheduling of operational tasks related to roofing and solar service delivery; Monitor inventory levels, track material availability, and communicate with suppliers to avoid delivery delays; Design and manage dashboards, reports, and automations to track performance indicators and operational status; Prepare and adapt internal and client-facing documentation in both English and Portuguese; Maintain communication with clients and subcontractors to ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction; Support permit applications and manage documentation flow with local regulatory agencies; Assist the business development team with project scoping, vendor research, and partner coordination; Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and propose process enhancements based on data insights; Provide post-service customer support and documentation processing.
