TITLE: Luxury Textile Designer
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial design and 3 months of experience in industrial designer required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Adobe Textile Designer, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop for Textile Design, 3D Modeling Software.
JOB DUTIES: Design and develop original textile patterns and surface designs for use in home goods, soft goods, furniture and case goods design. Curate and develop textile offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, style. Source and evaluate new textile samples and materials, making recommendations for inclusion in future collection. Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and material performance. Utilize Fashion CAD Design, Adobe Textile Designer, and other digital tools for textile rendering and production specifications.
SALARY: $68,078 per year, salary commensurate with experience.
