TITLE: Senior International Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and 20 months experience as a General Manager in a Poultry Production facility.
JOB DUTIES: Plan and implement systems that maintain day-to-day office operations and efficiency to achieve company goals; ensure operational results are completed by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on those results. Maintain an effective program of preventative maintenance and fixed asset management. Work with managers to develop markets for hatching eggs and other items within budget by analyzing and identifying measures to improve hatching egg efficiencies and minimize operational costs. Work with Retail Sales Manager to manage the Welp retail business by reviewing purchase contracts and agreements with large hatchery suppliers. Work with Special Projects Manager to support poultry house and equipment business for customers in Jamaica and Caribbean and ensure project quotes are priced correctly with accurate lead times; prepare management reports and information for analysis and decision making by Executive management, including the annual budget. Ensure adherence of employees to all company policies and procedures and state or federal safety and health regulations.
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Availability to travel once a month.
