TITLE: Project Manager – Industrial Engineering

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as a Project Management Specialist.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of project management and CAD/BIM tools.

JOB DUTIES: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of low-voltage systems and infrastructure projects. Lead design, integration, and implementation of telecommunications, security, audio/visual, and electrical systems. Manage project lifecycle activities, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Direct cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering and project management objectives. Establish and optimize project management methodologies, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and reporting. Develop technical deliverables, financial analyses, and project documentation for stakeholders and clients. Prepare performance metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations for senior management. Represent the company in meetings with clients, vendors, and external partners to align project goals with organizational strategy. Stay current with industry developments through training, workshops, and professional engagement.
