TITLE: Maintenance Technician

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 3 years of experience as Maintenance Technician.

JOB DUTIES: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and report necessary repairs. Operate and test building equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. installing, aligning, and balancing new electrical or mechanical equipment. Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property management in a timely manner. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

SALARY: $61,006 per year.
